Definition of real estate: land and anything growing on, attached to, or erected on it, excluding anything that may be severed without injury to the land. Real estate can be wither corporeal (soil and buildings) or incorporeal (easements).

Litigation
Definition of litigation: A case, controversy, or lawsuit. A contest authorized by law, in a court of justice, for the purpose of enforcing a right. Participants (plaintiffs and defendants) in lawsuits are called litigants.
